Refund policy
BusinessStartTools is operated by CONVERENTIS DIGITAL VENTURE ("we", "us"). This policy applies to paid Pro and Business subscriptions.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first purchases and to renewals, counted from the date of the charge in question.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing enquiries and returns. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or write to support@businessstarttools.com and we will help you through it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund — request one as described above if you want your last payment back.
