Affiliate and sponsorship disclosure

Affiliate links

An affiliate link means that if you follow it and become a customer of that company, we may receive a commission. It never costs you more, and it does not change the price you are offered. Every affiliate link on this site is labelled Affiliate link beside the recommendation and carries a rel="sponsored" attribute.

• We only list a company as an affiliate once we have actually joined its programme.
• We do not add links to a tool we would not recommend, and commission does not affect the order in which options are shown beyond the category relevance to your plan.
• Recommendations are contextual: you see categories relevant to the kind of business you described, not a wall of links on every page.
• We record only that a partner link was clicked, its category and the page. No personal data.

Sponsored and featured listings

A sponsored listing is a paid placement in the resource directory. It always carries the word SPONSORED, always has an end date, and stops being shown as sponsored automatically when that date passes. Sponsorship never buys a favourable review, and it never affects the numbers any calculator produces.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled in future, ad slots will appear only on educational content such as guides and resource articles. They will not be placed inside calculators, planners, your startup plan, your reports or your account pages, and they will always be labelled Advertisement.

Business-service introductions

We may later offer optional introductions to legitimate business services such as accounting, company formation, insurance, banking or legal advice. Any such introduction will be something you explicitly request. We do not sell your details, and nothing about your plan is shared with a partner without you asking us to share it.
