How to Plan Your First 90 Days

4 min read

Turn launch into a sequence of dated tasks across pre-launch, launch week, 30 days and 90 days.

Four horizons

Before launch is for readiness: pricing set, systems working, first customers lined up. Launch week is for visibility and handling the first real orders. The first 30 days is for fixing what broke. The first 90 days is for finding out which channel actually works.

Fewer tasks, real owners, real dates

A launch plan with 60 tasks and no dates is a wish list. Keep each horizon short, give every task a priority and a deadline, and review status weekly.

Replace estimates with actuals

Once real numbers arrive, revisit your break-even and profit calculations with them. That single habit is what turns a plan into management.
