Methodology
This is an estimate built from figures you entered. It is not a quote, a guaranteed cost or a financial projection.
What is included
- Revenue in month n = month 1 revenue × (1 + growth)^(n−1)
- Costs = fixed costs + revenue × variable share, plus your one-off spend in month 1
- Closing cash = previous closing cash + revenue − costs
What is excluded
- Payment terms and collection delays — revenue is treated as cash received in that month
- Tax timing, loan repayments and interest unless included in fixed costs
- Stock purchases held as inventory rather than expensed
Assumptions
- Growth applies evenly every month at the rate you entered
- Variable costs stay a constant share of revenue
- No further funding arrives during the projection
